All Items are shipped out via the Swedish Postal Service, Cash on Delivery (Postförskott). At this time we only ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the U.K all other destinations please contact us before placing any orders. Shipping on products and returns is non refundable, and returning a product comes at the expense of the returnee. Items may be shipped in separate boxes if it is easier for us to ship.
For any returned packages the Swedish Postal Service fees will be invoiced to the customer.
Return Policy
We deal with each return individually. Our policy is not to accept returns unless it is a faulty item. Some items carry a warranty from the manufacturer, though R.C.E Race Components Europe does not provide any guarantee for any items purchased. Some of the basic items that come up during the returns process are below:
The item must be in its original packaging and there must be no visible or noticeable defects on the product.
If an item is damaged in shipping please contact our sales department.
If there are missing items in the order, please contact our sales department and we will send out the missing product.
If items are backordered, they will be shipped separately from the whole order.
If the delivery is already dispatched and the customer wishes to cancel the order the customer will have to pay for freight costs for delivering the goods and costs related to sending the package with "postförskott".
We do not guarantee delivery times. R.C.E Race Components Europe will NOT be held responsible for delay in shipping due to the carrier.
